• Zero Intermediary Risk: We do not rely on third-party scrapers or unverified aggregators. All announcements originate directly from official exchange servers.

• Cryptographic Audit Trails: Every filing record retains its original exchange sequence ID, timestamp, and immutable hyperlink to the signed PDF submission.

2. Natural Language Processing & Summarization Architecture

Corporate filings submitted in PDF format are notoriously complex, often containing dozens of boilerplate legal clauses. Our AI summarization engine utilizes structured prompts and strict guardrails to extract material insights while systematically eliminating hallucination risk.
